• All bouquets are made-to-order and may vary slightly due to the natural nature of flowers.
• Reference photos are for inspiration only — final arrangements may differ in shape, size, or composition.
  
• We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or higher value if certain blooms are unavailable due to seasonality or supplier limitations.

• A deposit is required to secure your order.
  
• Orders are only confirmed after deposit/payment is made.
  
• Full payment must be completed before delivery or collection.
  
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your order.
  

• Delivery is available within Singapore.
• Delivery timing is based on time slots, not exact timings.
  
• While we will do our best to be punctual, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Wacky Blooms is not liable for delays beyond our control.
  Please ensure:
  Recipient is available during the selected time slot
  Delivery details provided are accurate

• Redelivery fees will apply if: Address provided is incorrect

• Flowers are perishable products and natural variations will occur.
• Once the bouquet has been delivered or collected, Wacky Blooms is not responsible for deterioration due to:
  Improper care
  Environmental conditions (heat, humidity, etc.)

• All orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
• Cancellations are not allowed after payment is made.
  
• Refunds or replacements are only applicable if: The bouquet arrives severely damaged
  
• Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the bouquet, with clear photo evidence.

• Urgent orders are subject to availability.
• During peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), stricter policies apply:
  
  Limited customisation
  
  Fixed designs/pricing
  
  No specific delivery timing requests

• Wacky Blooms reserves the right to photograph completed bouquets for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.
  
• No personal information of customers will be disclosed.

• Self-collection timings must be adhered to strictly.
  
• Late collection may affect flower freshness, which we will not be liable for.
